Discount Codes
We may, from time to time, offer you a discount code on our products (Discount Code). The Discount Code should be entered at the checkout page to apply the relevant discount to your items.
- Discount Codes apply only to full-priced products.
- Only one Discount Code may be applied per order.
- Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or coupons unless explicitly stated.
- Some products on our website may be excluded from Discount Codes.
- Any refunds offered for products purchased with a Discount Code will be for the value actually paid after the code was applied.

Automatic tier pricing
Spend-based tier discounts apply automatically at checkout — no code required. Your cart subtotal sets the tier and the discount stacks with any active quantity-bundle discount.
Loyalty Points
Earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders at a rate of 100 points = $1 off. Bonus points are awarded for account signup (100 pts), reviews (100 pts).
Promotions
We may, from time to time, offer promotions such as sales or competitions (Promotions). These may be advertised via email, on our website, or on our social-media pages.
- A Promotion may have specific terms and conditions, which we will notify you of and make available to you.
- Promotions are available for a limited time only.
- Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be combined with any other offers or Discount Codes.
- We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or pause any Promotion at any time at our discretion, without prior notice to you.

How discounts combine
- Tier pricing and quantity-bundle discounts stack automatically at checkout.
- Loyalty-point redemptions can be used on top.
- Discount Codes cannot be combined with other Discount Codes.
- Sale items may not be eligible for additional discounts.
Afterpay & ZipPay
We accept Afterpay and ZipPay on all orders. All discounts apply before payment splits are calculated, so your instalments reflect the discounted total.
