Professional use only for all products on this website.

Products suit Beauty Therapists, Beauty specialists, makeup artists & Hairdressers with sound knowledge of Eyelash extension application.

Customers acknowledge they fit into the criteria stated above & agree to all terms stated on the Lashes by RK website. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions of Lashes by RK do not use this site.

ACKNOWLEDMENT OF RISK

Please find all information on the use of Lashes by RK products noted via website, including with a product is provided in good faith for the safety of the Lash extension technician & client receiving a lash extension service.

Product instructions should be followed at all times. Lashes by RK does not accept any liability for the results what so ever arising from the use of a Lashes by RK product due to that the use of these products may simply be out of Lashes by RK control. The user/purchaser is responsible for selecting the suitability of a product & following the recommended method of use. All professionals incorporating a Lashes by RK product into their Eyelash extension services agree & recognize that applying Eyelash extensions can never be 100% safe & that injury to the eye or surrounding area, irritation of mucous membranes, eyes, or premature falling out of lashes may occur. All safety precautions & safe guarding of clients wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the Lash extension service provider (you) & not the liability of Lashes by RK.

ORDER POLICY

  • All orders are shipped from Derrimut, Victoria Australia
  • Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order
  • Lashes by RK is not responsible for lost or stolen orders
  • Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…) will be the responsibilities of the customer.
  • Please read shipping and return policy before placing your order

We will try to sort out the issue as fast as possible, but if you have contacted us 2 days after the order was placed then we can not guarantee any changes can be made.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We try best to provide great customer service and professional advice when you purchase a product from us. The quality of Lashes by RK products is the best we can physically make as we test all products before we launch on the market. So prior to using our products, please ensure you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you are able to use the product correctly.

If you want to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply.

  • Lashes by Rk does not accept return on items which were purchased on sales
  • All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by the warehouse within 15 days from the date of invoice.
  • In the case the package is redirected and shipped back to Lashes by RK, and the items must be received in the same condition: new, unused, in original packaging as sent to the receiver.

We will resend the order back out at the customer's expense only as Lashes by RK are not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and please send us an email with the photo evidence along with your concern. The items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received them in order to be eligible for a return. If we agree, returns will be processed within 3 - 7 business days. Shipping charges to exchange will be applied.


Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.

 

DELIVERY


We have partnered with Australia Post to provide you with the best delivery experience possible and orders over $450 will have Free Express Shipping. No code is required.

Lashes by RK have the right to cancel any orders due to unauthorized use of our website or violation of our Terms.


TRANSIT TIME
We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays). Transit time does not begin until your package leaves Australia Post's facility. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time an order is placed before it leaves our warehouse for shipment and is transferred over to our carrier.

Any orders made after 6pm will be packed on the next day. If orders are placed before 6 pm on a weekend or Public Holiday, the package will be packed and sent out on the following business day.

Please allow delays in times of high traffic, product launches and sales as packages may not be processed until the next day. Plan ahead and place your orders in advance to avoid any unexpected delays.

All domestic orders are being shipped via Express Post

International Orders
We ship worldwide through Australia Post and Shipping rates vary depending on what country we are shipping to. The cost will display during checkout once your products and address has been input. Please allow up to 24 hours for international shipping updates. Your order will be processed and shipped upon confirmation. Please allow delays due to covid and packing facilities.

Opening hours for local pick ups are Monday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm only.

DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please examine all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Lashes by RK reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS

Lashes by RK must be notified by email within 15 business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange for damaged goods or accidental purchases.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged – once packaged a re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
