This website (Site) is operated by Lashes by RK Pty Ltd (ACN 662 838 628) (we, our or us). This Shipping Policy (Policy) applies to you, the person placing an order for products through the Site (Orders). This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
General
We have partnered with Australia Post and DHL to deliver your Orders (Shipping Partners). Any Australian orders over AUD $199.00 are eligible for free express shipping — no code required.
Orders
We ship Orders during business hours Monday to Friday in Victoria, excluding Victorian public holidays (Business Day). Orders placed after 6 pm on a Business Day are packed the next Business Day. Orders placed before 6 pm on a weekend or public holiday are packed on the following Business Day.
We use reasonable endeavours to pack and ship your Orders to you within the times outlined in this Policy and/or on our Site, but you agree that such times are estimates only and depend on factors such as sales periods, product-launch traffic, and the capacity of our Shipping Partners.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you must initiate an investigation with Australia Post by submitting a missing-parcel inquiry through the Australia Post website. Should your parcel be returned to us under unusual circumstances, you will be responsible for additional shipping expenses; to have your parcel resent, you will need to cover the postage cost and we will send you an invoice detailing it.
Receiving your Order
Your Order will be delivered to the address you nominated at checkout. Some deliveries may require a signature. If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, you agree that we may leave the Order at your nominated shipping address.
Please note: once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Lashes by RK Pty Ltd is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
Shipping Times
When you place an Order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Once the Order has been lodged with the Shipping Partner, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Domestic Orders
We ship all domestic Orders via express post. Shipping time is generally 1–3 Business Days. Orders to rural and remote areas may take longer.
International Orders
We ship worldwide through DHL or Australia Post. Shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. You should expect to receive your order within 15 Business Days from the date you place the Order.
All international orders may incur duties, taxes and other charges depending on the country of delivery (Charges). You are responsible for the payment of all Charges levied by the country of delivery — they are issued by your local authority, not by us. Payment may be required to release your Order from your local authority.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You acknowledge and agree that all information you provide to us in relation to an Order must be true and correct, including your shipping address.
If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address, you must contact us immediately using the details below. We will use all reasonable endeavours to rectify the issue, but if you contact us 2 or more days after the Order was placed we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Where you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for Orders you do not receive or Orders that are otherwise lost or stolen, and we are not liable for any loss or damage you incur as a result.
Store Pickup
You may be eligible to pick up your Order from our premises in Victoria. If you select ‘pick up’ at checkout, we'll email you with the collection details. Before you arrive, email or text to confirm the order is ready and to minimise wait time. You may be asked to present your proof-of-purchase email along with photo identification. If you fail to collect on the agreed date and time, collection will be rescheduled to the next available date.
