• Lashes by RK Supplier does not offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' on furniture items. 
• All lash bed orders come with an Authority to Leave at the nominated address without a signature.
• Furniture cannot be shipped internationally or via express shipping. Overseas orders will be refunded for the furniture portion, and the rest of the order will be shipped.
• All lash bed and furniture items are shipped separately from other products.

Lash Bed Delivery Details

Changes to orders incur a $60 processing fee.

• A 10% administration fee will be applied to orders canceled after three days. Refunds or changes of mind will not be accepted beyond this period.
• Delivery is a 'door-to-door' service only. Couriers do not bring products into rooms, upstairs, or through small lifts. They also do not unpack items or take away rubbish.
• Residential Addresses: Couriers cannot call in advance. If you are unavailable, items will be left in a safe place. If deemed unsafe, items will be returned to the depot, incurring a re-delivery fee.
• Commercial Addresses: Couriers cannot call ahead. If you are unavailable, the lash bed will be returned to the depot and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Note: Delivery time refers to time in transit and does not include warehouse processing, packing times, or pre-order timeframes.
