Important Information

Careful Ordering
- No Refunds or Exchanges: 
  - Lashes by RK Supplier does not provide refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' on furniture items.
- Authority to Leave: 
  - All furniture orders come with an Authority to Leave at the nominated address without a signature.
- Shipping Limitations:
  - Furniture cannot be shipped internationally or via express shipping. 
  - For overseas orders, the furniture portion will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be shipped.
- Separate Shipping:
  - All furniture items are shipped separately from other products.

Delivery Details
- Order Changes: 
  - Changes to orders incur a $60 processing fee
- Order Cancellations:  
  - A 10% administration fee will apply to orders canceled after three days.
  - Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted beyond this period.
- Delivery Service:
  - Delivery is a **'door-to-door'** service only.
  - Couriers do not bring products into rooms, upstairs, or through small lifts. 
  - Couriers do not unpack items or take away rubbish.
  
- Residential Addresses:
  - Couriers cannot call in advance. If you are unavailable, items will be left in a safe place. 
  - If the area is deemed unsafe, items will be returned to the depot, incurring a **re-delivery fee**.
  
- Commercial Addresses: 
  - Similar to residential addresses, couriers cannot call in advance. If you are unavailable, items will be returned to the depot, incurring a re-delivery fee.

  - Delivery time refers to the time in transit and does not include warehouse processing, packing times, or pre-order timeframes.
